Initial Comments:
Based on an offsite follow-up survey complete October 3, 2022, Compati Home Healthcare, was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of PA Code, Title 28, Health ans Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced on-site complaint investigation survey completed June 23, 2022.
